Hi I’m Dr. Derrick! I was born and raised in Medfield, MA, and am so excited to be practicing in Walpole. I am a second-generation chiropractor and consider myself very fortunate to have parents that are both chiropractors. I take pride in telling people that I had my spine checked within minutes of being born.
Chiropractic has helped me lead a healthy life free of medications and medical doctor visits. Growing up, whether I had a stomach ache or a broken arm, I was asking my parents for chiropractic adjustments because I knew they would help my body’s ability to adapt and heal quicker.
Whether it was helping a childhood friend of mine go from 19 prescription drugs a day to just 1 (insulin) or helping a college teammate of mine that had missed a full season because of post-concussion syndrome play hockey again, it seemed like I was seeing or hearing about someone my parents helped on a daily basis. Seeing how many lives they touched and improved without drugs or surgery was amazing to me and the reason I knew I would also become a chiropractor. It’s safe to say my parents and the chiropractic lifestyle had the same effect on my sisters because they both are chiropractors, too!
A little more about me: Sports were my passion growing up. I went on to play ice hockey at Princeton University, earning league all-academic honors three of the four years I was there. After graduating from Princeton I played a few years of professional hockey in the minor leagues (East Coast Hockey League & Central Hockey League) before attending chiropractic school at Life University in Georgia. Outside the office you will likely find me adventuring with my dog, Ōkami, at the gym, trying out new restaurants, or golfing.

I was experiencing pain from my lower back down and swelling. I was recommended full power by a friend and gave them a call asking if I could be seen asap as I couldn’t move much or bend down. I was told to come in and was seen, x rayed and corrected within the hour. Dr. Derrick walked me through my X-rays and explained everything to me, and pointed out my L5 was out of alignment and pressing my sciatic nerve. After the first 2 visits I noticed a dramatic difference ! Highly recommend
Dr Derrick and his team are first class. Started going a few years ago with continued neck discomfort from workouts and golfing. Wasn’t a huge believer in chiropractic treatment, but after a few years of continued regular treatment (2x month), my discomfort is completely gone, no more recurring neck pain issues. Highly recommend Dr. Derrick and his team, they are great!
Dr. Pallis, Lisa and Mariana are the absolute best. My husband, Rich, who recently turned 80, suffered from sciatic pain for years. It was getting progressively worse and had become debilitating, causing him to not be able to stand or walk upright or play golf, which he loves. He tried physical therapy at two local places with really no benefit. My sister, Carol, recommended Dr. Pallis highly, so we decided to give him a try. We thank God that we did. Rich started to feel much different after just a few treatments and now, months later, is almost completely pain free and is able to live life fully again. We plan to go back as often as needed in the future. Dr. Pallis' staff, Lisa and Mariana, are as kind, welcoming and efficient as anyone you'll ever meet. I'm adding to my review to tell everyone that I, too, have been greatly helped by Full Power Chiropractic. I really needed help with neck pain caused by constant jarring while going over terrible potholes almost daily for months. The pain was sometimes so severe that it felt like someone was sticking a knife into my neck. It also caused vertigo, which almost became disabling at times. After twenty-two visits, I am now feeling so much better that it's hard to put into words how grateful I am to Dr. Pallis, Lisa and Mariana. You will not meet finer people anywhere. I definitely will be back to see you all!

Started seeing the Doc about 2 months ago, after years of chronic pain and discomfort, the transformation has been amazing. Additionally I brought in my 3 sons, ranging from 9-18, all 3 have found relief via the adjustments they’ve received.
