I am a second-generation chiropractor and consider myself very fortunate to have parents that are both chiropractors. I just had my first visit here and wow! The entire team here is great. You feel welcomed from the second you walk in the door, Dr. Derrick took the time to listen to my symptoms, took X-rays, and adjusted my back. It was the most comprehensive consultation I have had for anything, in a very long time. I was a little nervous but was immediately put at ease, by Dr. Derrick’s upbeat energy, and enthusiasm. Dr. Pallis is really really great at what he does! This was my very first time going to the chiropractor and had a great experience. We found out some new kinks that could be worked out, therefore making me feel better. Also I’ve never cracked my neck before and was amazed that he did it!! Jared is amazing!! I'm a hair stylist and server so I'm constantly on my feet. My hips, shoulders, and neck were constantly killing me...In just two alignments my pain level has gone from an 8 to 0!! Highly recommended

Dr Derrick and his team are first class. Started going a few years ago with continued neck discomfort from workouts and golfing. Wasn’t a huge believer in chiropractic treatment, but after a few years of continued regular treatment (2x month), my discomfort is completely gone, no more recurring neck pain issues. Highly recommend Dr. Derrick and his team, they are great!
I would have given 6 stars if I could.<br>Dr Derrick gave me back my freedom and boosted my mentality after suffering for close to a year with a herniated disc in my low back. I was hardly able to walk when I started with him, now I am back doing the things I love at 100% capacity. I truly never thought I would be able to recover from that injury. I’m so thankful to have found Full Power and their excellent staff, Lisa and Mariana are amazing people who make such a welcoming environment. 10/10 recommend it. Expect miracles!

First visit today and had a wonderful experience! Nicely welcomed by the front desk. Very nice team, was given a tour of the place then I had Immediate consultation with Dr. Derrick including x-rays. Then went through some adjustments. I was really nice feeling heard and learning the root to my back pain. Looking forward to future visits!
I had a complimentary visit with Dr. Derrick for lower back pain and was very impressed. He has high tech equipment that I had never experienced anywhere else. He also has access to an X-ray machine in office which I found impressive. His staff is very friendly and the office in general is inviting. He’s an upbeat and very friendly guy!! Unfortunately my current UHC insurance is not in network with this practice but if I change, I would definitely become a patient at Full Power for my back issues.

I love Full Power! I love Dr Pallis & his wonderful team. I had been in pain for years to the point of not going out. My neurosurgeon wanted to do surgery (laminectomy). Did want any back surgery. I heard of Dr Pallis at my hairdressers & her story was amazing. So I called the next day & they said come up. It was amazing. Every visit I got less & less pain. Run like a well oiled machine! I was in and out in no time! I saw the same for other people as well! I like that the Dr was very detailed but kept it on terms I could easily follow. He also allowed me ro ask questions and answered them perfectly as well as giving me an adjustment that resulted to a bunch of pops and cracks. The ladies at the front are great too! Very pleasant.
